Absolutely the best car service I have ever had, no questions asked. They actually called me a week or two later just to see how the repair on a CV joint was doing. They always tell you up front (and with no apology which I love) how much it is going to cost. They will show you all the parts which were removed if asked. I tell everyone I know about Gibbs. You just can't go wrong. Every repair I have ever had was worth twice the cost because of the peace of mind of knowing it was done right.

My BMW was running hot and I needed to find a car repair shop close to my office. Gibbs was the closest location to my office. I called and explained what was going on and Kelly said bring it right over. I am so happy that I took my car to Gibbs the service was fast and everyone was professional. I will use Gibbs for all my car repairs and also refer them to others.

Gibbs Car Care performed an oil change/oil filter change and a radiator coolant flush. They were going to do a transmission service but because my car's transmission was sealed, they recommended I take it to my dealership. They also inspected my vehicle at no charge. More than anything, I appreciate Mr. Gibb's honesty, and I would recommend his shop to anyone. My house was located nearby so they took me home while my car was being serviced. I appreciated their consideration.

I tried to give Gibbs a 5-Star rating, but, for some reason my computer wouldn't do that, so these words equal the last half point of rating to the TOP! Service is TOP-NOTCH, with a ride home or to work if you need it, free coffee, comfortable waiting area for those who choose to do that, and careful, comprehensive service on your vehicle! The BIG plus is having a company that I can FULLY TRUST to work on my car! Y'all are THE BEST!

They do terrific work. Mr. Gibbs is extremely trustworthy and workable with the price of fixing any vehicle you need fixin'! He will let you know exactly what needs to be done to ANY vehicle that needs repairs! I recommend them to ANYONE who wants an HONEST and TRUTHFUL statement about your vehicle.

A friend recommended this shop to me and I am so glad she did. It is hard to find a mechanic you feel like you can trust and it is wonderful when you do. The guys there are helpful and straight forward. When I realized I did not have enough money to do all the work needed on my car they let me know the most urgent work that fit my budget and got it done in a timely manner. So if you want good work done fast Gibbs Car Care is the place to go.

I pulled into Gibbs yesterday morning and could not even get my car in park. I called inside from my cell phone. They immediately came out and were able to help me out. They took my car in and in just a few minutes knew what was wrong gave me a price. They repaired it promptly and I left a very happy customer. All of the people were very friendly and helpful.
