Oh, and when I spilled a full Venti Caramel Macchiato on the floor under the passenger seat, they cleaned it up and sprayed it with special spray that prevented the milk residue from the Caramel Macchiato from spoiling and smelling up the car - had the car for a year and a half after that, and it didn't smell!!
